The 24 Hours of Heroes event is taking place this November 13th and 14th. I had the opportunity to sit down with 24 Hours of Heroes founder Gordon Hicks and his daughter Isabelle to take me through what the event and Hero Workouts are all about. An incredible initiative with humble beginnings has raised over $140,000 through their partnership with Wounded Warriors Canada and National Service Dogs.
